Our thorough End of Tenancy Cleaning is designed to help you leave your property spotless and ready for inspection. This deep clean covers every corner, including areas often missed in regular cleaning: Deep cleaning of all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Cleaning inside and outside all cupboards, cabinets, and drawers Intensive kitchen cleaning: oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer (inside and out) Thorough bathroom sanitation: tiles, grout, toilets, showers, baths, sinks, and mirrors Cleaning all surfaces, skirting boards, doors, and windowsills Vacuuming and mopping all floors, including under furniture where accessible Removal of cobwebs and dust from ceilings, corners, and vents Cleaning internal windows and glass doors Emptying bins and removing rubbish We understand the importance of a flawless finish, if you have any specific requests or focus areas, just let us know, and we’ll tailor the service accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaners, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a £30 late cancellation fee. This helps us cover the cleaner's reserved time and potential lost income. If our cleaner arrives and cannot gain access within 20 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no show and the full fee will be charged. If you wish to permanently cancel or pause reoccurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, email, or through our website as soon as possible. Our cleaners reserve time exclusively for your booking, and late cancellations mean lost time and income for them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
