Ideal for seasonal cleaning, before or after events, or whenever a more thorough clean is needed. Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including shelves, light fixtures, and vents Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, appliances exterior, sinks, and backsplashes Detailed bathroom cleaning: scrubbing tiles, fixtures, mirrors, and grout to restore shine Wiping down walls, doors, skirting boards, and switch plates Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout, including under accessible furniture Cleaning window frames, sills, and internal glass surfaces Removal of cobwebs from corners and ceilings Polishing fixtures and fittings to brighten your space Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish responsibly if you have any specific requests or focus areas, just let us know, and we’ll tailor the service accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaners, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a £30 late cancellation fee. This helps us cover the cleaner's reserved time and potential lost income. If our cleaner arrives and cannot gain access within 20 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no show and the full fee will be charged. If you wish to permanently cancel or pause reoccurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, email, or through our website as soon as possible. Our cleaners reserve time exclusively for your booking, and late cancellations mean lost time and income for them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
