Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaners, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a £30 late cancellation fee. This helps us cover the cleaner's reserved time and potential lost income. If our cleaner arrives and cannot gain access within 20 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no show and the full fee will be charged. If you wish to permanently cancel or pause reoccurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, email, or through our website as soon as possible. Our cleaners reserve time exclusively for your booking, and late cancellations mean lost time and income for them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
